This year’s DSAG Annual Congress in Leipzig, Germany, from October 16–18, focuses on future IT architecture and the business challenges that come with it.

The Congress motto of “Business without Borders” puts the spotlight on exciting topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and the Internet of Things. Jan. 2018 - Integration of Wordflow into the Transline Group
We are pleased to announce that Wordflow Translation & Software Localization GmbH is now a member of Transline Gruppe GmbH, effective immediately.
Thanks to this acquisition, the Transline Group, one of the largest translation providers in the German market, achieves another milestone in the course of the expansion strategy it has pursued in recent years.
As a certified SAP partner, Wordflow is one of the most important language service providers in the world for SAP system translation. This market position is maintained by Wordflow's specialized translation and localization expertise and its large number of contacts with blue-chip customers. In the future, Wordflow will leverage its expertise in the SAP environment to support Transline. This cooperation expands the portfolios to date at both companies.
As a member of the Transline Group, Wordflow will continue to work as an independent company at its locations in Walldorf, Germany, and Bologna, Italy. For Wordflow's customers, contacts among Wordflow's staff will remain unchanged. Founder and owner Isabella Musso is the managing director.
All of us at Wordflow would like to wish you a festive holiday season!
To add our voices to those seeking climate justice, Wordflow is lending its support to the young people's initiative Plant-for-the-Planet.
One of the most important symbols you see once December rolls around is, of course, the Christmas tree, millions of which find their way into our homes year after year. Trees also happen to be a big part of the holiday donation we're making in 2017. This year, Wordflow is supporting Plant-for-the-Planet, an initiative in which young people are working to raise awareness of global justice and climate change among both their peers and adults. Their efforts center on planting trees to combat the rise in temperatures humans are causing around the world.
Customer Survey
Whether expertise or quality of service, on average, our customers rate our work with a 1.5 or 1
(1 being the highest rating).
“It has been and remains our goal to make our project workflow as convenient as possible for our customers, and
offer them top quality work. We are delighted by these results; they are a strong motivation to continue to pursue this goal. And of course this customer feedback also offers us important suggestions for improvement. I would like to say thank you very much to everyone who took the time to participate”,
says Managing Director, Ms. Isabella Musso.
What is our secret for achieving such high customer satisfaction? Our customers say their high satisfaction is thanks
to their very positive experience with Wordflow:

• Wordflow completes projects without a hitch

“There’s no reason at all to complain. The projects really went well.”
"The projects go off without a hitch. That’s something you can rely on.”
• Deadlines are kept
“Wordflow is known for their super fast deliveries, their high reliability and typically good quality.”
• High level of quality
“High level of expertise, pleasant cooperation, skilled in SAP, good project management.”
• Excellent language and SAP skills
“Initially, we had an in-house training from Wordflow on the SAP tools. This is what
convinced us. We saw that Wordflow knows how to do this, and that we can get a reliable
and good total package with them.”
• Understands and caters to industry-specific circumstances
“Often, we still have something in the pipeline, and there’s not much time for the translation. But, Wordflow always meets the deadline. They’ve never let us down.”
• Amazing organizational skills
“They take care of the project, and I can focus on my other tasks. That’s a huge advantage
for me.”
• An incredible wealth of experience in international rollouts
“They are stubborn in a good way. They don’t do things as someone in IT would, but they explain why they are doing this and what the advantage is. I was able to understand this, and the results were good, too. I prefer this to a service provider who simply carries things out”.
• A customer-centered understanding of service
“The people from Wordflow are able to react rapidly and flexibly to unforeseen change requests.”
• A consistently attentive and friendly treatment of customers

“Friendly, always very nice. And very competent.”

“They are fun to work with, which is really nice. The tone, the people the atmosphere are motivational.”

“Very good communication, always clear, always easy to reach, very friendly. You really look forward to talking to them on the phone.”

According to external marketing consultant Alfred Schmitt (ASConsult4U), “It’s not a given that customers praise
service providers both for their expertise and their quality of service. This customer feedback offers interesting approaches on how to focus the range of services of the Wordflow brand on the customer needs even more strongly than before."

This is how each of Wordflow’s services were rated as follows, on average:
1 = Strongly agree / 5 = Strongly disagree

Season's Greetings

DSAG Annual Conference 2015 in Bremen

"ERP/4 Customer: More Than Just Quick and Easy" was this year's motto for the biggest annual event held by the Deutschsprachige SAP® Anwendergruppe (German-Speaking SAP® User Group – DSAG). From 29 September – 1 October 2015, everything at the Bremen Fair and Conference Center was focused around the S/4 HANA product family. The question at the heart of the various keynotes and topical presentations was as to how far the innovative SAP product will achieve the anticipated additional value for companies, since faster processing alone presumably will not provide enough motivation to leave proven company procedures behind. The speakers allowed us to share in their experiences on the topics covering S/4 HANA, digitalization, cloud computing as well as big data in over 300 interesting presentations, and divulged practical ideas to the audience along the way.

With over 4,000 participants and 175 exhibitors, the 16th Annual Congress was a major success again this year. Wordflow, as in previous years, was once again represented with its own stand and was there to personally welcome many of its business partners and other prospective partners. We are encouraged by your interest and would like to take this opportunity to once again thank you for the inspiring conversations and constructive exchange of expertise.

You can learn more on the background of the topics presented at the DSAG event here (in German). Read more (in English)...
