On October 12th Wordflow's owner, Ms.
Isabella Musso, was awarded this prized
certificate.
This was preceded by a multi-stage audit,
during which specialists from SAP AG subjected
all of Wordflow's processes and quality-control
instruments, its resource and project management,
communication and infrastructure, and its
offices in Walldorf and Bologna as well,
to a critical analysis. The purpose was
to ascertain whether they satisfy the high
standards of SAP Language Services.
The focus of the services that Wordflow
performs for SAP is on the system translation
of numerous SAP applications and products.
This involves an annual volume of several
million words that must be processed in
the context of the SAP R/3 environment,
frequently working under tight deadlines,
a typical situation in the localization
industry.
